It’s Time to Ship.
Helping startups avoid over-engineering by finding the fastest path to a shippable product—and helping teams ship it.
You Have the Vision. So Why Isn't It Shipping?
Your development team creates more drag than momentum.
Whether they're offshore, in-house, or a mix of both, you're constantly translating requirements, resolving confusion, and chasing updates. You shouldn't be the project manager.
You didn't start a company to manage Jira boards.
You need someone who's already helped teams navigate uncertainty, make smart tradeoffs, and get products into customers' hands.
After 14+ years building products across aerospace, startups, and consulting, I've developed a simple philosophy:
Ship first. Learn fast. Improve continuously.

Your experts are stuck building software instead of building value.
Data scientists, hardware engineers, and founders end up spending their time managing software projects instead of focusing on what makes the company unique.
Every missed milestone increases the pressure.
Investors want answers. Customers want progress. Revenue depends on execution. But nobody can confidently tell you when the product will ship.

“The #1 cause of stalled software projects is over-engineering. Most software projects fail because teams keep adding complexity before they've earned it.”
- Dan Villa, Owner

Project Spotlight: Positron
We helped Positron, a Series A MLaaS startup, rescue their beta launch and get ready for their next funding round. We fixed critical ML bugs, led offshore development, and delivered key infrastructure—all in just 6 months.
We turned their struggling prototype into a production-ready MLaaS platform with working trial onboarding, payments, and remote job support. The founders got back to scaling their business while we handled the technical delivery.
Tech Stack: Next.js/T3, React, Node.js, Python, AWS, Kubernetes
I had the pleasure of working with Dan Villa and his exceptional team at Jemini, LLC, on a transformative project for my insurance agency. He and his team took a holistic approach, conducting thorough gap analyses and solution discovery interviews that ensured our software needs would be met. The prototype provided valuable insights and allowed us to refine our vision for the final product.
Lincoln Salmon

Collinear Group needed to address a resource gap in delivering 3d visualization capabilities for an MVP web application. Jemini was able to provide the proper resources, hop in, and take ownership of development efforts related to the application. This allowed us to both satisfy our client and keep the project on track. We will definitely leverage Jemini for future projects!

How NOT to Build: Startup Stories Podcast
On the How NOT to Build Product: Startup Stories Podcast, Andy shares how he learned to build the right things at the right time.

In 2024, we launched a podcast to interview founders in all stages of the start-up journey.
Our goal is to pass their insights, inspirations, and network on to anyone we work with.
