SaaS is Now Easy.

Helping Seed, Series A, Series B Biotech startups launch production-ready, compliance-capable, AI-equipped SaaS.

You got Science, but do you got SaaS?

Your data scientists and hardware engineers are stuck writing web apps.

Asking technical experts to double as software engineers or project managers burns them out and slows you down.

You didn’t become a founder to manage Jira boards. You need a team that’s already been in the trenches — building, scaling, and enabling ML/AI and HW connected SaaS products.

I’ve spent 14+ years building a playbook to just get it done.
If I’ve benefited from my ADHD-fueled checklists, I think you will too.

Your offshore software team is creating more drag than lift.

Timezones, culture gaps, and communication breakdowns drain your energy and kill momentum.

Your investors are asking tough questions about the deadlines.

Clinical trials, regulations, and compliance require a unique software build that's going to hold up come audit time.

“The #1 cause of stalled software projects is over-engineering. Make it work and ship it. Make your first customers equal partners in the build process.”

OP Accelerator
The Build Blueprint
SaaS Enablement

What’s that smell? It’s your money burning.

The Operating Performance Accelerator identifies the burn and applies relief. We map the business outcomes to tactical work in 3 clear layers with a ruthless prioritization model to ensure optimal value at each build step.

2 weeks have turned into 2 months? That’s unacceptable.

We’ve worked with IoT, ML and AI, and large-scale process automation systems.  The Build Blueprint gets business and engineering on the same page.

Need a technical partner who can take care of, well, everything?

We have a long history in building IoT and ML SaaS apps. Our unique Domain Driven Design approach is the perfect architecture for connecting real-time data processing to event-driven decision making. Best of all, it's connected to your bottom line.

Project Spotlight: Positron

We helped Positron, a Series A MLaaS startup, rescue their beta launch and get ready for their next funding round. We fixed critical ML bugs, led offshore development, and delivered key infrastructure—all in just 6 months.

We turned their struggling prototype into a production-ready MLaaS platform with working trial onboarding, payments, and remote job support. The founders got back to scaling their business while we handled the technical delivery.

Tech Stack: Next.js/T3, React, Node.js, Python, AWS, Kubernetes

I had the pleasure of working with Dan Villa and his exceptional team at Jemini, LLC, on a transformative project for my insurance agency. He and his team took a holistic approach, conducting thorough gap analyses and solution discovery interviews that ensured our software needs would be met. The prototype provided valuable insights and allowed us to refine our vision for the final product.

Collinear Group needed to address a resource gap in delivering 3d visualization capabilities for an MVP web application. Jemini was able to provide the proper resources, hop in, and take ownership of development efforts related to the application. This allowed us to both satisfy our client and keep the project on track. We will definitely leverage Jemini for future projects!

How NOT to Build: Startup Stories Podcast

On the How NOT to Build Product: Startup Stories Podcast, Andy shares how he learned to build the right things at the right time.

In 2024, we launched a podcast to interview founders in all stages of the start-up journey.

Our goal is to pass their insights, inspirations, and network on to anyone we work with.
